EXTRACTION TABLE TYPE UF

Our foundational extraction table with standard extraction by table top serves as a versatile solution for bonding, varnishing, grinding, polishing, welding, or manual cutting operations. Available in lengths from 1000 to 3000mm and depths of 1000 or 1250mm, these tables accommodate various workspace requirements.

Process air is led in through table ribs, backwall or hood and out through outlet at table end. Connection can optionally be placed in the right or left side with coverplate in the opposite end. Dust is collected in dust container in bottom end, finished in RAL 7042/7011 (structure) colours.

Efficient extraction is achieved through extraction in connection with work, where the table ensures evenly distributed airflow. The operator must only place the workpiece on the table - the suction must not be moved according to the task.

Easy mounting, connection and operation characterize this range. The table is delivered completely assembled. Only central fan and filter unit must be connected and adjusted. Connection of piping to table is optional on either the right or left side.

The UF series is available in several configurations:

  • UF-BS: Backwall with extraction as well as top and sides without noise damping
  • UF-BS-ISO: Backwall with extraction as well as top and sides with noise damping

Process air enters through table ribs or backwall, ensuring the user maintains a clean air supply. Using recommended air volumes, pollution can effectively be removed within 400mm over the table surface, with effective catching speeds up to 100mm from the front and sides.
